You receive a visual proof. Nothing goes to print until you confirm in writing.

Your invitations are printed, quality-checked, and sent tracked to your door.
We don’t go to print without your written approval.
Every order gets a proof. You confirm in writing before a single sheet is printed. If a mistake slips through after you’ve approved it, we reprint at no charge.

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 6 weeks before you need to post them. Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days after proof approval. If your timeline is tighter, ask and we will confirm what we can safely commit to.
How many proof rounds do I get?
Two rounds are included as standard. This covers most text corrections and minor layout adjustments. We flag any print quality concerns at the first proof stage before you spend a revision round on something we should have caught.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, high-resolution JPG or PNG. If you have an InDesign file or are working with a designer, ask us about our artwork guidelines we send them free before you spend time on setup.
