We verify bleed, DPI, and fold lines on your artwork before anything prints. Flagged issues are resolved before production.

Approve the proof
You sign off on the flattened dieline showing every face, flap, and fold no surprises when the box is assembled.

Print, cut, and dispatch
Boxes are flatpacked for efficient shipping and arrive with a confirmed dispatch date agreed upfront.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom boxes?
Minimum quantities vary by box type and size but typically start at 50 units. For labels and stickers, minimums are lower. We quote honestly based on your exact requirements no padding the order to hit a tier.
Do you handle the structural dieline setup?
Yes. We create or adapt the dieline for your box dimensions as part of the quoting process. You do not need to supply a dieline though if you have one, we can work from it.
Can you print food-safe packaging?
Yes. We use food-safe certified materials and inks for direct-contact food packaging. Tell us the food type in your brief and we will specify the correct material grade for your application.
How long does custom packaging take to produce?
Standard lead time is 10 to 15 working days from proof approval, depending on quantity and complexity. Rush options are available tell us your deadline and we confirm feasibility before accepting the order.
